Do you have periodic sales on food?...what days?

This is a membership driven Co-op. They dont have "loss leaders" like regular groceries. Member benefits are great.

Yes there are discounts on the 3rd weds of every month for seniors. Cause i go on that day of the month.

You can also sign up to receive newsletters about current sales and upcoming events. And if you're a member more discounts.

There is usually something on sale everyday. For those over 60 years old there is a 10% discount on the third Wednesday of every month.

First Friday of every month is 10% discount
