I am guessing that you are referring to probiotics, or possibly herbs and oils that are touted as being antiseptic or antibacterial. In that case, the co-op sells both. Please keep in mind that there truly is no natural antibiotic that can replace proper medical care, and the co-op staff would say the same. If you want to work on your immune system through diet and herbs, go for it. If you are trying to treat a medical problem or avoid conventional antibiotics, please contact your doctor.
