I have been going to the optical store since 2013 and the service was always excellent, my last 2 visits were definitely a turn off because of the check in person Tatum. She does not know how to treat customers. I went to pick up my daughters glasses and she just handed it to me and walk away, did not even ask me to check it and make sure it fits well. Very unhelpful!!!! She should not be working in any area that involved patients!

Try to keep this short. I went there for my annual eye exam I have been there many times in the past without a problem. My Prescriptions were changed many times And I never had a problem with it. The last time I went and there was a prescription change when I saw the doctor I told him I wasn't comfortable The last time I went and there was a prescription change when I saw the doctor I told him I wasn't comfortable with the new prescription. .He Told me if there was a problem with the prescription and I bought the glasses there they would replace them. 1st I thought he should check the prescription that was prescribed to me 2nd I have somewhere I go to buy my glasses that I've been buying for many many years 1st I thought he should check the prescription that was prescribed to me 2nd I have somewhere I go to buy my glasses that I've been buying for many many years. I shouldn't have been obligated to buy my glasses there ,he is the Ophthalmologist Thats what i went there for. Needless to say the lenses he prescribed were wrong. I spent a lot of money on the new Lenses and a backup pair. He should have checked when i told him they werent right. Now i dont have any glasses because i cant afford to go out to replace them

Very rude staff they don't care trying 2 get the on phone for 2 days been on hold for 2 hours....I'm switching after 30 years unfortunately.
