Positive: the room was a very dirty smell of smoke from POT. The bathroom door was busted, the sink knob was missing, and could not open the hot or cold water, I called the front desk attendant, and he came up and confirmed and said he will let the owner know. Negative: I left my stuff and went back to work cane back @ 11 pm I turned the AC unit on, and the room started smelling like pee urine; you could tell someone had peed in the AC unit; I picked up my stuff and went back to my workplace parking lot so I can be safe

Positive: The convienance, and easy quick check in. Also they did not require an additional deposit upon arrival. Negative: As a non smoker I was placed in a smoking room. The smell was awful due to it being a smoking room. Other than that it was okay, it is not somewhere I would stay for more than an evening, but for the price I couldn¿t pass it up.

Great staff. They were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Grounds kept up nicely. Rooms are nice . Bathroom could use some updating. Good economy motel. Breakfast was nice.

I am only writing this review because of Karol the front desk host that went out of his way to make sure me and my friend were taken care of, we work for a moving company and had a large moving truck that he made accommodation for, suggesting where we should park and gave us rooms where we would be able to see the truck just by opening the curtain. The area is a little rough and having a customers HHG's in the back of the truck brings a little stress to making sure nothing gets taken or damaged. Karol eased our mind showing us that cameras cover the entire parking lot and the truck could be parked right outside our room. He was quick, efficient on check in and got us in our room within 10 minutes of arriving on the property. Red Roof Inn should hire more Karol's everywhere.
