Hoa unable to have the 20% "I don't like that RULE" actually adhere to the rules of the community..a member has threatened members with the threat of a gun .."and let's go outside and fight"..this person still is able to come to meetings

The HOA includes the swimming pool and all the functions that they have at the clubhouse and the chance to forgive us our debts training on all the festivities I have a booklet that tells you what's going on.
