Service has recently got better and they have more cashiers available. It is still a small store with limited amount of products. Not my first choice for shopping, but not too many options in St. Helena.

Very clean! Very organized! Fair pricing/deals. Wifi was present throughout the store making access to their app easy without delay or waiting for a signal.

Even early in the morning, the staff are always friendly. A nice lady worker helped me by showing me the cooler where coffee drinks where kept. Then, she walked me over to where the coffee drinks were located down the drinks isle. Thanks so much for the personalized service and the patience in answering all of my questions. Taking the time to walk me to, not one, but two areas was very helpful and a great sign of excellent customer service. Thank you St. Helena Safeway team!
