Positive: The location was good. They have good breakfast and the staff at the breakfast was very attentive, kept the line supplied and the tables cleaned. Access to hotel is good, right off the interstate but also with easy access to the places in Grand Island. Negative: The hotel needs some updating and remodeling. The Lounge was never open, restaurant restricted to breakfast only. They have plenty of room in lobby check in to bring lounge into that area, reserve current lounge for events. Other hotels do that.

People are very friendly, but it would be nice to have more notice that on stays of more than a night, they don't automatically change out towels. Very quiet rooms, and excellent breakfast. We would stay here again.

The staff are nice and asked us what floor we wanted to be on and gave us a room where we could see our uhaul trailer. Rooms bright, big and clean. Nice breakfast buffet layout with multiple options and good coffee.

Our hotel stay was quiet, secure and comfortable. The staff was accommodating and professional. We were traveling in our RV with a car in tow and were able to safely park it in the hotel lot. Even though the location is near the Interstate, it was quiet.
