I went to petsmart to buy more dog food. I have to buy the large bags of food because I have many dogs. Their prices are getting higher!! What used to cost me $43.00 dollars now costs over $50. dollars. I also buy pill pockets to give my doggies their medicine. They also have what I need for my dogs skin and nutrition. But they also have gone up in prices. The one thing that I do not like about Petsmart is that there is hardly any salesperson to help me. It seems I always waste time wandering around looking for person to help me. However, what I do like is that Petsmart does do Pricematch! If you can find your specific dog food cheaper online and you show it to the person when your paying at the register , you will pay that price,!! I do love that! Because I buy alot of dog food and that saves me money. Also your purchases add up and you get rewarded and you can use it to pay for your purchases! Praise God! Also Petsmart is the only pet store where I am able to find specific hygiene items for my doggies. Believe me, I have gone to many other stores even Walmart and I can only find the items at Petsmart. Also, if there is a specific item you need, and it costs to much, sometimes if you can wait , especially toward the end of the month, the price may go down to half price!! When that happens I buy extra. I also love their dog hair salon. They do a great job. Also, they ask for rabies certificates to make sure your doggies are safe. I like that also. The only person I like to bathe my doggies is Carmen, she is an expert. She is very kind and understanding. She knows how I like my doggies hair cuts. The rest of the girls that work in the pet salon are sometimes rude. And it seems they only care about quantity not quality. I say this because of my past experience with one of the girls that work in the salon. That is how I got introduced to Carmen. If I cannot get an appointment with her, then I wait until she has an opening. I have been shopping at Petsmart in Chino over 10 years. I hope they never leave the city or change their location.

Saw a roach run under the gondola on the bird and small pet section... The more I looked down to find it, the more I noticed how yellow, cracked and nasty the floor tiles are. The overall store looks like it could use a deep clean or shelving upgrade tbh. I've seen this place in better shape. Customer service wise, it was ok. People were polite.
