Very friendly staff and helpful, asked if they could cut the kids sandwiches up in four slices and they did so with a smile. Greeted and said hi to my child as well I do appreciate the personal touch they added to our experience.

Website says this store takes phone orders so when I called I was rudely told, "We don't take phone orders." When I mentioned the website offering the information that they do I received the short response of, "We don't" and was then hung up on.

Need one in the Glendora/San Dimas area
Because Arbys franchises are real expensive to open.i have a friend who tried it.and they have strict restrictions on the stores.thats why subways are on every corner.cheap to open and run.Arbys, you need to show like 1 million in liquid assets and follow their marketing programs.trust me, i drive 45 mins to the one in Chino Hills 2 or 3 times a week cause the food is always right and the staff is great.i eat at subway once a year, lol
