Smart friendly articulate approachable no strong arm sales tactics good selection of ski and snowboard clothes and equipment fair prices treated me like I was their only customer. They took the time to educate me about what I was buying instead of just selling things to me. And most of what they suggested was cheaper than what I originally was going to buy. I’m amazed that there’s a store like this in the business. They are clearly interested in being a quality brand. Thanks so much!!!

Found the perfect pair of sunglasses on the rack. Manager comes over and says ohh sorry these are not for sale with a bad attitude like it was my fault. I do not recommend purchasing anything here.....This store should look to hire a new manager Very unprofessional.

Yes, they do. I bought skis, bindings and boots with a patient shop assistant helping me find the right boots. After several fittings, Atomic was selected. The boot fitter is important in helping anyone find the right pair of boots.
Not sure, I rented ski's? Careful with this place! They told me $29.00 per day over the phone. I show up to purchase my rentals and they ask me if I want polls, too. I said of course, who rents ski's without polls? So they say, ok that will be an extra $10.00 for the day. So, $10.00 x 4 people x 2 days= an extra $80.00 + tax???? Not nice! So I ask the rental guy who I spoke to over the phone how come he didn't mention that to me over the phone and he says, sorry that's our new policy??? So their new policy is "bait and switch"? Real sneaky! I guess eventually snow haus will get all their business. Their only minutes away?
They definitely do tunes, but you have to call for pricing. Also dont expect an exact quote without showing up and let then see how much work needs to be done
It depends on what you are renting. Helmets, boards, skis, etc... How long?
