Called and called no response it's been about 2 months and I've received nothing no notice ,no call call back anything. I ve called o check but it say that I'm not in the system but I refiled unemployment like I was told and nothing .

No one answers the phone. It will ring and then hang up. This is horrible people are barely surviving. I know they are probably overwhelmed but so are we.

Finally, finally, finally got thru to a representative ONLY to be told I had the "wrong" extension & call back and punch in the "correct" extension and of course....no answer. Extremely unprofessional. Terrible people skills. Extremely unprofessional, extremely unprofessional, and oh yeah! Did I mention extremely unprofessional?
