I avoid Kohls as much as possible I used to be a regular customer but they only stock poorly made clothes from China. I will not even return my Amazon orders there I go to UPS store. I placed an online order it takes forever to receive, Fedex is SAF.

Cashier checkout slow, slower than Sam's Club/Costco somehow no matter how empty the line is Cashier behind a shield talking so quietly I need a repeat after every word. I don't have hearing damage, I'm used to quiet talking, and I couldn't hear her still. My credit card with Kohls had been declined and deactivated because it had been a long time since I used it. Do I want to reapply? No, I really don't. I had the card from two years ago and you rejecting my payment is one surefire way to make sure I use Amazon next time. You erect barriers in front of me checking out and paying. Fail. Thanks for handling my Amazon returns though.
