Today, was one of those very trying, complex, demanding and hot day's for me! I had a lot of things to complete on my to do list!! I didn't have the time to drive out to my storage unit on (Illinois Rd) to pay my bill. So, I was on Bluffton Rd. With no hesitation I decided to pay my bill at that site. When I walked in I was greeted by a big smile, from Dorinda a Customer Service Representative. She was polite, savvy, and very knowledgeable about her job. After, paying my bill she took the time from her busy routine to help me to download the Public Storage app on my phone. So, I can pay my bill next time on line. Thanks so much Dorinda for taking the time to help me! Your so AWESOME!

Used the facilities here for 3 months. We just retrieved our things to move into our new home. Mice have been in the boxes and chewed through things, and several of the boxes that were sitting on the floor of the unit have water damage and were still damp/moldy when we got them out. What was I paying for? If I wanted water damage and mice in my belongings, I would have thrown them outside in a cheap shed. Do not recommend.
