If you place an order through the app for this location and they accept your order and process your payment but then tell you they actually don’t have what you ordered, don’t do as they say and request a refund through the app. All that’ll happen is your request will go ignored by the GM Stacey Davis until you contact corporate for a third time regarding the issue and you magically get a call from Stacey the next day, during which he’ll state that the only option for you to receive a refund is to physically visit that same location again and get your refund in cash, the very thing they claim they can’t do during the initial visit, because their “machines aren’t capable of processing credit card refunds.” Don’t waste your time with these clowns, just dispute the charge through your credit card company and be done with it.
