Over a month and a half and still can't get office to fill out paperwork correctly for a prescription. Have been into office 7 times to try and get this taken care of and no results. Even handed them phone number for insurance for them to speak to directly to get pre approval and no results. Office staff thinks pharmacy has to give approval when in fact doctor has to get pre approval from insurance company.
