"Takes walk-ins" ....DON'T YOU BELIEVE IT.... There are few places open and available for us working people that need such service's after 5pm. Once again I found myself feeling...why, why, why do I try this place in a pinch. Last time I paid too much for a subpar doo. We know how they do on the pricing😏My doo was disappointing, she was trying to sell me on too many products but at least it was a try. My influence distributor changed hours so I was unable to get my hair product's for my DYI, which I do a good job myself but self trims are a no no. 5:40pm, only 1 cst waiting, two customers look almost finished and what ???? You can't take a walk-in for a wash & trim only....on a Thursday? She was "polite" but that's sad. I know business are short handed but this isn't new. Hair Cuttery, help your employees out and remove the walk-ins welcome policy. Good luck ladies. Sista not mad at u 💇‍♀️

I was charged $30 for a haircut and I did not request a shampoo only the hair cut. I normally pay $23 but when it was time to pay the stylist charge $30 which does not make sense I am aware the master stylist prices are different but their prices are not listed on the board. I just got a basic cut no design and because of the fee so decided not to go back. I have been a customer at the Janaf shop for years and have received great service but that $30 haircut without shampoo make me feel like after Covid this is price gouging trying to recoup. Found another beauty shop and a haircut is not $30😶
