We tried Sea Blue for the first time on Valentine's night, probably one of the busiest nights of the year. We were simply blown away!!! We were greeted right away by Andrew. He explained our table wasn't quite ready but seated us at the bar. Tracy was bartending and was the friendly person who helped my husband earlier in the day with reservations. She made a Sour Appletini that was delicious! We had just been served our drinks when Andrew came back over to seat us. Jacob was our server who explained the menu and how some of the items would be served. Excellent service!! We loved Jacob!! The food was absolutely incredible. Tracy recommended a Chardonnay that paired perfectly with my Crabcake appetizer and Seafood Risotto. My husband's NY strip was the best he has had in a long time. We felt very welcomed and had the most wonderful evening!! Go check out Sea Blue!!
