I go to the Warwick Ave location. Burgers are great. Staff is very good, too. Plenty of excellent desert items as well.

Went there about a week ago, every single ice cream order was wrong, ordered a 3 scoop, 2 2 scoops and a 1 scoop no whip cream. Got home to give them to my kids and wife, every single one was a 1 scoop and all had whip cream. Was charged for what I ordered though. Ordered breakfast delivery today and missing half my meal. Missing 3 pancakes, 3 bacon strips and got English muffin instead of wheat toast. This place has gone down the hole bad.

They said they are short employees but when I was there there was plenty just standing around.
I don't think that service is free. They may not like the idea of paying a 3rd party company to deliver their food.

I have seen people order food gluten free and them accommodate but I do not think the list is extensive for options.
