Disappointed- about a month ago upgraded 2 phones. Took awhile in store 3+ hours. Supposedly a network issue. We purchased screen protectors had them put on there, cubes and phone cases. One wanted liquid glass and we were told they didn’t sell it nor should he use it. It’s been about a month and one of the phones is not receiving calls or texts and the glass that was put on at the store is peeling from the edge. 3 workers at once today stated “it’s the glass itself because of the curved edges, dust could have gotten underneath…” Well maybe you shouldn’t sell the product if it doesn’t work. It cost $55 for the glass and they refused to take responsibility for not applying it correctly. Mike who I believe is this stores manager stated “you can’t prove it was an application issue”. Actually you can look at how it is peeling off - The guy stated the day we upgraded “he hates doing these screens sometimes it takes multiple times”. I get they’d wear many people and a lot of people try to scam but you can clearly see this is not user error or damage it is application error. Today when we went in we were brushed off and told to call *611 to deal with the phone issue and to go on fortresses website to pay an additional $12 to replace his original glass. Why would I do that monthly!?!?! If the product sucks then it sucks - to be brushed off and treated as incompetent is very frustrating -
