Rude employees who don't want to fulfill the mission of helping people. Having the open sign on doesn't mean anything to them.

Store hours changed. They close at 4:45pm. The employee yelled out that me the customer could shop in two minutes. They were very rude. Please update store hours and implement new customer service training along with grooming guidance. I will call their home office for clarity.
