You know I left KFC a while ago for Krogers and Popeyes but have been going back since last month. Only one the one on Holland across from Plaza Azteca. Food always hot. Chrispy chicken is just that, chrispy yet moist inside. Customer service is on point too but busy.

Opened my bowl up to find multiple black hairs in my food. When I called about it, they didn’t even sound surprised.. just told me to come back. I gave them the bowl through the drive thru window and they didn’t say anything.. they just immediately shut the window and came back with a new one. I really didn’t want a new one. I didn’t even eat it. I wanted a refund but I didn’t want to go through that or be a ***** when they just made another one… but yeah… never eating there again. Also, I called corporate and they said someone would get back to me about the issue and no one ever did. Shows how much they care.

I didn't get what I ordered. It didn't taste very fresh. I wish I would have taken it back but I didn't, most of it got trashed.

The team made everything fresh and brought to the car. My only suggestion would for them to cook the beyond products in different oil. It stops being Vegan because chicken has been cooked in that oil
