Filthy. You could have assembled a meal with all that was on the floor. The floor had a film of something that made it a falling risk and the biscuits were hard and small. Disappointing. Who doesn't love a GOOD KFC biscuit?

Was on vacation and ordered food for the family online for pick up. Paid online and drove to get it. Got there and they were out of all the sides and most chicken options. Said they did not get their truck. At the point at which you have pretty much nothing to serve your guest you should close for the day until you do. Also a phone call telling me I wouldn't get my food would have been nice so I didn't waste time and gas to drive to get it.

I stopped by today after work and ordered at the drive thru: 6 wings, an 8 pc bucket meal, large fries and a drink. I settled for the extra crispy chicken because they said that’s all they had. I mistakenly drove off and it wasn’t until I got home that I realized they didn’t give me my fries. They also didn’t put a receipt in my bag. I checked my bank statement and had a charge for $36.43 which is what my total would be with fries. I called the store immediately and explained what had happened. The person I spoke to asked me to hold and put the phone down. 15 minutes later I was still on hold. I tried calling back and their phone line was busy since they set the phone down somewhere. I will not return here. The mac n cheese looked unappetizing; I got whatever they could scrap up from the bottom of the barrel. It was a sad meal.
