Over crisped chicken tenders, one biscuit, rude order takers w/ lack of patience. This chain is failing due to lack of employees who care or take pride in their work! Price is outrageous too! Over crispy/ burned tenders are over $11 for 8 small pieces!!

Blah...chicken overcooked, biscuits undercooked. KFC has changed and not for t he better. But...line was long and went quickly so there's that.

It's the best of the best of fried chicken chains. You can't go wrong with the flavor of 11 herbs and spices. Their chicken pairs great with their cole slaw because of the salty-sweet contrast. Their biscuits are nice and fluffy. The staff are polite and professional. They are following current Covid guidelines. Recommended.

Usually love everything here but last visit I specifically asked for mashed potato bowl minus the corn The young lady in the drive put the order in CORRECTLY..however the line did not fix it that way and I did not discover until I got home..trash for me because I cannot eat corn. Not worth the risk But have to commend the young lady for her professionalism and great manners
