Where do I start...the journey these few months working with Amy as my Pilates instructor has been more than amazing. Not only am I reshaping my body, I am building strength and having fun. Her classes and the students who attend are fun, engaging and enjoyable. I felt comfortable the minute I walked in. My foot, which I had fractured some toes on finally feels better after Amy performed her Pilates magic. I have been going to my Podiatrist for months and she identified the issue and helped the pain lessen and provide me with more ease. This is a true Pilates studio and I highly recommend coming to try it out.

Pilates should be practiced 3 x a week if you are doing no other form of exercise . If not 1-2 x a week is perfect
