Ordered a BEC on a bagel for delivery, when I received my order it was a bagel with a pound of ketchup, no bacon and only half the bagel had an egg. When I go to complain they do nothing about it. The workers are lazy, take forever to make an order and their superiors do not care about the customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Great place to grab a dozen bagels and schmear. Bagels have well-boiled outside and very soft, fluffy inside. I have other favorite bagels in the area, but this is a solid choice when the location is more convenient.

Placed an order over the phone with someone who has no customer service skills. Went to the store then be told to stand back in line by a rude man as I went to the designated area where other pick up orders were being picked up. The Stony Brook location is cleaner, more organized and respectful to their customers. Will never come back to this establishment again.
