I chose this facility based on the positive reviews listed here, but I was quickly mistaken after my grandmother spent a few days at Laconia Nursing Home. These reviews must have been made by friends of management because my grandmother received less than the bare minimum of care, while staying at this facility. She was not properly taken care which resulted in her illness becoming far more worse than it was prior to arrival. In addition to her lack of care, the staff were extremely rude and patronizing when I called to speak with them about my concerns. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PLACING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.

I highly recommend this nursing home for your loved ones. I was very satisfied with how my grandmother was treated by everyone at Laconia. I was frighted of the thought of my grandmother attending a nursing home during Covid. They updated me weekly with any changes that occurred because of covid. I can say your loved ones will be safe and treated with exceptional care. I highly recommend them.
