I’m so happy that Plattsburgh has such a great health food store. The smoothie bar is a fantastic addition where you can get a dairy free smoothie with plant proteins. I love the list of superfood additives and gluten free options, too. A wonderful selection with friendly staff!

Dried, yes
They definitely carry nutritional yeast and chia seeds. They have a lot of vegan options, both in grocery as well as health and beauty products. Their staff is quite knowledgeable and should be able to help you find products you're looking for.

They try to keep two people per aisle at any time. Masks are required of everyone in the building, and there is hand sanitizer at the front door. All surfaces are regularly disinfected.
