I had to go to Plattsburgh as Malone area has no one else that takes my insurance and it seems happens to many people in the surrounding areas. My first appointment was a long wait as they had a complication with a surgery which can happen to anyone and I understand that’s out of their hands. So that’s why people gives them a bad review The day of my procedure was fast the Doctor was very nice and informative and the nurse as well.

The office was wonderful with my dad. They accommodated his need to use his wheelchair and helped to ease his stress at the whole process. It's not easy to find a place that can be so accessible.

Absolutely rude and unresponsive to questions. Went in for a 8:30 appointment and was sitting for 2 hours to be told I’d have to wait even longer. Terrible place
