I bought an $80 Mandarin Orange vape pen from the shop and it did not work and when I brought it in and they said it obviously was broken and I never used it and told me they were gonna take care of it then change their mind and refuse to help make it right

This business is a joke along with the people that work there. If you go to any store and buy some thing and have it not be in the package it’s automatically reimbursed and then they take it up with their vendor..are there people out there that try to take advantage of Course but it’s up to the business to weed through all that and know their customers that come on a regular basis. You don’t send a customer packing without getting the product that they paid for. Essentially you ripped off and robbed your customer for $40 such a shame
