I went with two other women afteer setting an appt over the phone. Turns out there are two locations within 15 minutes of each other. So we offered to drive to the other location but they told us just to stay. Not only did they proceed to complain to us as well as other customers, but their services were pretty disappointing. My two pinkies as well as ring fingers aren't even the same size. When I told her I wanted my nails shorter than what she cut them she also told me that they couldn't be any shorter because it would be "ugly" to have short coffin nails. I'm so disappointed. I wish I could post a picture with my review.

Cultural differences and the fact that staff did not/refused to speak English made this an extremely unpleasant experience for me. My 80-yr old mother enjoyed her foot massage on our mani-pedi day. Surly man on staff kept tapping hard on my leg to either indicate to put my foot back in the water, bend my knee, or put my leg up to have toenails cut. Why can't they learn basic questions they must have to utilize everyday? If they know how to give instructions or simple commands in English why won't they use words? I don't speak "Mumble-esse". Made me feel ignored and passed over, not special--and we had to pay $100--so this boutique is Not Cheap at all if they are conserving time or words. Then staff spoke their own foreign language loud amongst themselves, over our heads, and cackled. At the end: They did a decent temporary job on our nails yet color lasted only 3 days then started chipping. Shoddy workmanship. Staff needs to learn manners. They treated me badly and I am telling everyone. In fact I've already been told about CA Nails near Loews where I'll go next time for sure.

It was a very slow and long process for nails that are poorly shaped as well as painted. Left over pieces of acrylic on the inner parts of my nails. It was really bad experience. Shouldn’t have a license in my opinion
