The best place In the world

We recently had our son, Jordan’s, second birthday party at Jumpz (8/28/2022). Our party host, Kevin, was AMAZING. Each time I needed anything, he was there, very accommodating with socks for each parent, paper and plastic ware for food and cake, waters, seating. Not to mention, with a genuine smile! The entire time! We are very pleased with the venue, location, staff and would highly recommend.

Poor safety in the toddler area. Large kids were running in and out. They have a whole facility, let the toddlers have their small area. My toddler was pushed around and kicked in the head. No staff helped. Left early. Poor experience.

Fun place for active kids! plenty of zones for every ability jumper. worth a trip from the city. clean and seems well maintained. I had a hard time using bank cards in the arcade/ machines, otherwise no hiccups. *this place is a part of Thrillz where we did not go. Jumpz was more age appropriate for my 4 yo toddler.

This place sucks, the owner Lisa is a thief, loves to steal money from customers.

These kind of 'reviews' are usually bs, they probably wanted something that wasn't an option and 'to get even' they go and write nonsense like the above, we and many others have been and had a great time!

Why does the website say they have toddler time at 10:30-12 on Fridays, but they don't open until 3?

Alexandra Kulick | Sep 27, 2019

It is a special event 4 times per week where we open up Bounce to children 6 and under with their parents (grandparents, or caregivers) where they have use of the entire facility for 90 minutes. It costs $10 per child and the adults are free.
