I had my truck on reserve and showed up and they had rented it to someone else. They told me to drive 2 miles down the road to the Suttle dealership to pick up a truck that they said was there. The truck was not there. After battling traffic 30 minutes there and 45 minutes back I was very discouraged. Will never go again. How can you put a truck on reserve and then they give it to someone else? I can answer that. Bad business ethics. I needed that truck today that's why I put it on reserve. I found a truck nowhere so I lost out on a good deal of a purchase that I made because what I bought would not fit in my car, I needed a truck. The item was sold to someone else due to not being able to pick it up, Enterprises negligence. I would give it 0 or negative stars but it will only allow me to do 1 to 5 stars. That's why it says one star but believe me if it gave me the chance it would be 0 or negative stars.

Best Enterprise out there! Jessica and the entire team were great! The car was clean and the whole staff was so helpful from start to finish! Customer service was great and they did everything they could to help me out!

Absolutely unprofessional service. My inlaws were gracious enough to get a rental from here for July 4th weekend so we could have room for everyone. They told my father in law over the phone (I was right there and heard everything) that they would not be charged charged for an extra day if they picked it up at 5pm. They called my father in law to give him the early pickup time themselves. When they showed up they were charged for the extra day so they were lied to, and they refused to give them their money back even though it was their mistake. They also hung up on my inlaws when confronted with the discrepancy. If we didn't Ned the car so badly we would take it back tomorrow. I will never use them again. Don't give false information then act surprised when customers are unhappy.

So l commend the customer service until it was time to be refunded my deposit...l rented a car from them on Dec 11 2020 and returned it on Dec 14 2020 after 2 weeks l called concerning my deposit because it never takes that long to post back from any other enterprise l have went to,was told by the young man that it was deposited back to me already and l explained to him that that was not a true statement after speaking with my financial institution they confirmed that there was no deposit that came in from them...ao long story short here it is February 10 2021 and l still haven't recieved my deposit so l definitely wouldn't recommend this location if you want to recieve your money back in a reasonable manner.Markita, I would be happy to look into this for you.
