Very clean rest stop. Nice shady area to have a picnic and let your little ones burn some energy. The handicap ♿️ access is very convenient. They also have a great vending machine area to quinch that thirst and satisfy that belly growling with a light snack. Enjoy your trip and drive 🚗 safe and buckle up!😀

Great location to stretch your legs, use the restroom, obtain local information, and stock up on some vending items such as snacks and drinks. This rest area has some pretty blooming flowers and the red robins were happily hopping along the grass looking for their dinner. This rest area may be showing some age but is still uber useful. It is maintained with large trees, picnic tables, nice flowers and lawn. One note of interest is the large rock near the flag pole. I'm no expert, but it may have some fossils for children and adults to enjoy.

I was pushing my 94 year old mother in her wheelchair up to the entrance when James, the attendant, offered for us to use the just cleaned closed off section so that my husband and I could privately assist her. Which, sometimes requires two people. It was such a wonderful and thoughtful thing to do. It was very much appreciated.

Definitely one of the better rest stops in Indiana. Clean restrooms, grounds keeper, attendant were all found here during my visit
