They had a lot of parking spots for cars but they didn't really have enough for the trucks. And the inside of the place was fairly clean but it could have been a little bit better.

Well maps shows it 4.2 miles east of exit 126 so I guess around MM130.
I don't remember seeing parking limit signs, so I would assume you could stay for a few hours at least. But the area is well patrolled by police, I saw 3 in the 30 minutes I was there
