Yes you can check your mail on Saturdays. Mail services are Monday-Saturday from 12:30 pm to 3:00 PM. I'm a volunteer at POTS and assisted with Outreach services. I also confirmed this information with one of the Case Managers that works at POTS.

They do have ppl working on the second floor that will help you with a lot of things even with lawyers.. you should check it out..

There mail room is very careful watch and only one person gives out your mail and you have to show ID card otherwise you cannot get your mail. Oh and they don't receive packages only mail.

Aida. If u want to help u must go there n apply. Just like u were applying for a regular job. They just dont allow any free walk in person with free time to mosey on in n work there. Its a very professionally run place. Plus it dont seem like u r serious about working there.
