I would this place to fix there service. I waited 5 1/2 hours, from 9 to 2:30 in the afternoon in a line for the swimming registration as members, in the sun, with kids. The line moved very slow and the service was terrible. When I finally was in the front of the line, I had to wait another line to pay, which was another 30 minutes. I would like that this place would change it's service. Every couple months you could re-register your kid because there are up to 5 levels your child can learn. I would like that this place would email the parents if they would like there child continue class, in a result the lines would be shorter. So what I am fully saying is, I would like this place to change the service.

Yes, we offer annual memberships starting at $50/yr for seniors. For more information please visit the link below: https://newsettlement.org/community-center/membership/
There is a school attached to the center and there are many programs for kids at this location, your best bet is directly contacting the community center. Hope that helps
Yes, but there is a set schedule for free swim
Yes. But insurance is required and alcohol/smoking is not allowed on the premises.
Suzy, you can call them up. They are very helfulp. Sometimes, the classes have a minimun for registrants.
We have a competition size pool. 25ftx75ft. We host USA Swimming time trials and have two swim teams, Blue Seals (ages 7-17) and Marlins (17+) that train here five days a week.
No restrictions that I know of. You can always call and ask.
The Center operates in Cycles. Depending on the program, a Cycle could be from 8 weeks to 14 weeks. For an example, our Group Swim Cycle during the summer is 4 weeks on weekdays. We offer 8 lessons, twice a week for 4 weeks. We require for all Cycles to be paid in full.
No. Street parking is scarce so it might take you 10-20 minutes to find a spot.

There are many activities for children and older ones, for example they have ballet for children, capoeira, swimming, aerobics, salsa classes etc, I recommend that you go to the New settlement website to check if there is what you are looking for and see the prices of the membership that oscillate between 💯 $.
Group Swimming Lessons for Adults and Children are: $80/members every 8 weeks $120/nonmembers every 8 weeks
At present, the basketball court on the school side is not for public use. We will keep the community posted if and when this changes.
They is no gym. There is a somewhat small dance room where the Alvin Ailey group practices but there are no shoes allowed in there unless they are dance shoes. There is a room upstairs that is fairly large and has no restrictions on footwear. It is used for a Zumba class and various other things. Both rooms are open for renting if availability works for both parties
No. Not really. The facility, New Settlement, is a community center. They have programs such as swimming, dancing, yoga, and other classes throughout the year. It's not a clinic. Hope this is helpful to you.
