I dined in with three kids for dinner. It wasn't super busy but there's a lot of seating available. The service was mediocre but food is delicious, as always. The salad bar was closed down when we're there. This change in routine might explain why we were missing our cold item when picking up our order. Still, I would recommend. Also, try the lemon strawberry cake shake.

El Niño

Very disappointed at portillos at this location. The price you pay for your food at least you want to get what you paid for, food is a little pricey and at this location stuff don't even give you the portions you paid for. My large fries were almost half empty, did not take picture of it, but I did take a picture of my half empty cup of cheese. Very very disappointed 😞

Visiting from out of town and a local recommended Portillo's and it was amazing. The Italian Beef Sandwich, dipped with hot peppers was outstanding. The service was great, friendly staff and an ideal family restaurant.

The only way you can say that you don't like Portillo's ..if your order was completely wrong.... The food is delicious and you can tell because the line is always around the corner.... so be prepared to wait. My only issue is you wait for …
