I will forever be so grateful to the amazing team at Weil Cornell NYP hospital. I delivered my first baby by cesarean and the Doctors and Nurses were truly outstanding. They provided the most fantastic care to both myself and my son. The team there are so talented and caring. I was extremely nervous prior to the operation but thr team provided so much reassurance and encouragement that I felt really safe in their hands. They explained everything to me and spent so much time with me. The nurses have a genuine warmth to them (every nurse was so kind and caring), they look after you and care for you and the baby, providing helpful tips and guidance (so helpful for first time parents). Our nurses provided medical care for me but also helped me with my first steps in parenting, teaching me how to breast feed my baby, change a diaper, wrap a swaddle etc. Every single nurse was amazing but in particular , Karlene provided the most beautiful care to me and I will forever grateful to her. In addition the on hand lactation consultants were very helpful. The absolute attention from the rest of the staff needs to be noted too, the food was amazing and the catering team were always so polite and would remind me to order to food (I would forget as I was so exhausted/busy trying to learn to nurse my child). The cleaners were so efficient, quickly coming in each day to clean and make sure I had all the supplies I needed. Honestly, the entire experience was amazing and I feel so lucky to have given birth at such a wonderful place (not to mention the beautiful private room with Manhattan views (and sunrises). Thank you to everyone there!

It's hard just getting into the hospital let alone having flowers dropped off, but what I did see was Doordash and other food services delivering food into the hospital...
No they don't have a place for the children while employees are working.
Yes but you have to pay for valet.. otherwise use the ParkWhiz app to look for nearby parking..you might save compared to parking at the hospital.
I believe 10am through 8. Depending on the department and patient condition.
Sorry to hear your dissatisfaction Ms Chaikin... As a proud staff member of that hospital I do believe that most of your issues can be resolved by speaking to Rn staff... If you are on the inside of the floor, by this I mean not the side along the east river/river view rooms, for some reason cell phone 📶 strength is weaker as the signal 📶 comes from across on Roosevelt Island... Have your mother's Rn call the electrician to resolve the mute problems by changing the TV and Rn notification box at pt bedside...
They will only allow the second person in waiting room, but the ere can be a visitor in the recovery room after the anesthesia wears off and the patient is awake.
Yes
Valet parking 68th street oval for the main hospital or DHK/ Cohen’s valet entrance on 68th or 69th streets.

That's a great question. I'd contact the hospital to inquire about that.
You would have to call and ask that. Or call your insurance.
Where can I find a doctor for medical mysteries
I believe so
Room 5-400 refers to 5th floor, room 400. It gives no indication of the building.
Sorry I do not know. You may have to call and ask but they're going to want to know why, most likely.
Yes they have paltive care in hospital
Cornell hospital
Call up the information desk or admitting and they can tell you
I don't see that being a problem, but you can call and ask
Give the front desk a call
Not sure. Call them and ask.
Try to find free street parking and if not a good time for that you can valet park at the main entrance.

Valet parking is on 68th street when you go through the entrance loop. It is very expensive unless it's being validated by the hospital. I have had luck finding available all day parking spots on 68th through 72nd.
The hospital has their own parking lot . The whole day is around 30 to 40 bucks.
The security dept is your first step... Your summons has to be logged and a security escort is provided to carry out court order to a person or department....
