I had a business associate come into town and stayed here 7/25-7/27 2022. First night was not good. No hot water. Shower door was broken. Ran out of some breakfast items at 8am on a Tuesday morning. My associate complained about the issues. The show handles were installed backwards so the hot handle was actually hooked to the cold water and vise a versa. Not labeled correctly nor was he told of the issue so he could take a hot shower on morning 1. With new operation instructions he did get a hot shower the 2nd am but that's might liableist to have hot water incorrectly marked in a commercial hotel. Wow talk about someone maybe getting accidentally burned and the hotel sued. Breakfast morning 2 was better as well so issues kind of resolved but the shower door still was broken and water temp regulation handles backwards still

Not the most up-to-date Hampton Inn I've stayed in. The tub could use a resurfacing and the shower curtains are too short (you will probably end up with a lot of water on the floor outside the tub). However, it does look like they are starting to remodel, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure was perfect. The thing that bumped up my rating from a 3 was the staff. They were very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. One of the best stays I have had thanks to the superb customer service.

I stayed here for a weekend and aside from the front desk staff, it remains one of the worst Hampton Inn experiences I’ve had. The room was not clean, walls had marks, there were ants, bathroom and shower were cracked and crusty - overall a sketchy vibe inside the hotel room. The saving grace was the friendliness of the front desk and housekeeping staff who are obviously severely under staffed and responsible for too many jobs at once. Hopefully once construction is completed for their renovations, conditions will improve and the rooms are updated and can be kept cleaner. Definitely not up to normal Hampton Inn standards as is.

We didn't stay there, just visited my parents staying there. Room was nice and large and included a microwave and small refrigerator. I can't speak to the comfort of the bed. A gentleman who works there and was a man of all jobs it seems, kindly got the computer signed in to network!
