Placed a delivery order on the mobile app and it was missing a couple half-sandwiches for my employees. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Stephanie, and she was great! I came into the store and she gave me a couple of FULL sandwiches and a giant pastry on the house. She took ownership of the mistake and made up for it in a big way. In a busy restaurant such as this Panera, mistakes are going to happen. The rebound from this mistake sets this establishment apart from many others in the area. Excellent customer service and leadership, Stephanie! Thank you for everything you do.

I just want to recognize how hard everyone works here at this Panera. Everybody is putting there best face forward to provide amazing service for EVERYONE! The team lead with curly hair that works in the back. She’s amazing. Thank you Panera staff for being so amazing!✨

No croutons in my salad just lettuce and Cesar dressing. There was a long piece of brown hair In My bag, and hummus or something all over my sandwhich that was supposed to be just turkey and lettuce. And the lettuce in my salad looks old Tried to call multiple times but nobody is answering the phones.

It took 15 minutes to get through the drive through and only two vehicles in front of me. The Asian chicken salad was not as described. No mixed greens just pale romaine. No Cilantro, no sesame seeds and very little dressing. This is the second time that the food quality at this location was poor.
