I urge anyone thinking of retaining Rebecca as an attorney to re think that decision.. She began as respectful and helpful and soon she showed her true colors as it pertained to my case... I am a victim of att. Murder as well as my son and she completely dropped the ball when we went to court.. I obtained all the evidence and she couldn't even prepare it, in this severe of a situation she was willing to leave me on the chopping block she even showed up to court looking un hygienic and tired... I fired her immediately and went with Randy b. Corporan office in aurora and it was the best decision I could have made.. STEER CLEAR

Rebecca was very helpful, attentive and efficient. She made a terrible situation bearable. Doc was also friendly and welcoming. I appreciate all of them at Whole Family Legal and would use them again if the need arises.

Questions & Answers

Can an ex force you to get a covid test by not allowing you to have the kids on your parenting time?

Technically speaking, if it is in the parenting plan portion of the court order, yes, but otherwise she would be in contempt of court. That is not to say, however, that a judge would necessarily agree. Some counties have… more interesting… judges than others.

What does one do to require an abusive ex to only communicate via email regarding parenting issues?

It will take a court order, a modification of the previous order, and is pretty typical. Colorado’s favorite provider of such a service is Talking Parents which includes a transcription service should you require evidence for further hearings. Please give us a call for a free consultation.

I found you on Metro Volunteer website. I am a single mother of 5 children and have a pending custody case. Can you please help me?

If the court date is within 30 days, we can give you the numbers of attorneys who specialize in such circumstances, however if nothing has been scheduled for the next month, you can also give us a call for an appointment. Note that we will not be available for appointments at all next week due to a full schedule. Call 303-280-7177.
