They give you a free eye exam at the DMV and if you go without an appointment its first come first serve but call make an appointment, look in the eye machine and tell them when you see the red light blink, get your picture taken, sit for 5 minutes and you won't have to come back for another 10 years

I'm not sure but I think you can just wait until its time to renew your license and change it then or you can go into any DMV and change it anytime. Also try looking on the DMV website they probably have information online about the best way to put in an address change. If you are a voter its important to change it so your ballot is sent to the correct address and you are able to vote in the correct county.
