My partner and I have been doing this since 2017 or 2018 and I took him to the office because this was my college. Somehow, they are good in person but never over the phone. Like the person Anar said, Terrible customer service. Before Covid I've called several times regarding my partners citizen certification, they never answered the phone. One time they answered said the lawyer is working on the paperwork, since then, we never received any calls regarding the progress of the search for his citizenship certificate. Today, I've called three different number from their site, it goes straight to voicemail. What is the damn point of an office phone if you never going to answer it. I'm highly frustrated with the people and this process.
