Friendly staff making it a great experience. Wait times are short. I'm used to Albany, NY taking a couple of hours. If you're in Hudson, NY more than a half hour then it would appear a large number of folks had the same idea that day. It's usually pretty quick.

I got there just after 11am during rain and line was not out the door, but it was down the block by the time I left about 30-40 minutes later. I was there Oct 2020.
