Getting a hold of one of the providers for a non emergency. Just tried to get info on proper dose of medicine to givey 2 yr old. It's been 7jours with no phone call and many excuses from what appears to be incompetent staff. Don't recommend using this health center.

I’ve always had the up most best experience with this practice and trust them 100%. They always listen take their time and treat me with respect and care.

I have had several very poor experiences at this clinic. I went in with extremely bad back pain- so bad I was taking very strong pain medicine to combat the pain for months. I was told it was a weight issue and to lose weight. It turned out to be an ovarian cyst the size of a grapefruit, and I needed emergency surgery. (Overlooked by Hudson Headwaters.) Today I went in to see the Podiatrist- told her my issues and she was in such a hurry to tell me I needed better shoes- orthotic shoes, that she didn’t even hear me say three times that I have been wearing orthotic $150 shoes for 7-8 years already. Her notes after even say- buy orthotics shoes. OMG- she heard nothing I said in my visit. The staff need to listen to their patients and not be so quick to make the quick (easy) diagnosis. Seeing someone else- won’t see that Podiatrist again, and still angry about the ovarian cyst issue where they just said I needed to lose weight.

Awesome place,the receptionists are always nice when checking in. Most of the doctors are great only had a few issues with the nurses who take phone calls but other than that it's overall a great doctors office
