Very nice, new park with lots of amenities. Bath houses extremely nice, upscale decor and amenities. Large pool and common areas, this place good for large parties. As with any new venture, will take a while to get the details dialed in. Couple of issues: - Although all spots are large concrete pads they are all back in. If you can't back in, don't come here... - Our pad / slot would accommodate a large class A rig, yet was oddly not level left to right, we had to use leveling chocks. Lastly the one thing many campers want when they choose a slot in a Florida campground is shade from the Florida sun. Unfortunately, the developer here planted all the trees at the roadside so it will look nice driving down the road. The vast majority of these trees will never shade anything but asphalt. With a little foretought, the developer could have spent the time to study each slot and planted the trees to assure that as they grow, they would provide maximum shade on the RV when parked and picnic table area. Maybe plant more trees and add more shade guys! Can never have enough shade. Otherwise, good value for the price, very clean and nice park.

Top notch RV resort. Very clean, well laid out campground with nicely spaced out lots that have very large concrete pads. All have picnic tables, some have barbeque grills. It's still a brand new campground, so trees are still small, but even once they're grown, the placement of the trees unfortunately won't allow much shading of your rig because they're at the front of each lot. The bath houses are wonderful. Very modern, air-conditioned, spacious, and clean. The clubhouse is enormous, with plenty of entertainment from table games to ping- pong and more, with a big adjacent pool area as well. There's a huge tiki-hut, too. All in all, I'd highly recommend this campground and if we're in the area, we'll be back.

Spent the last four day at Champions Run, very friendly staff, Larry, Liz, Kevin, Claudia and Amy Smith the new GM. Large concrete pads, full hooks, but very little shade. The resort is fairly new and has a beautiful pool, pickleball courts, bocce courts, and coming soon a Tiki Bar. There is a pool table, ping pong table and games in the community room for indoor activities. Clean bathrooms and showers.The location is great with lots to do in the area, close to restuarants and convenient to I75.
