Found it frustrating that they say they are HIPAA compliant, but do not know what a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is. You aren't HIPAA compliant without a BAA, and that's a pretty big deal. Edited: Thanks for your response. I requested a BAA and tried to follow up several times with Kelly. After no response to multiple emails, about it, I've moved on. And from everything I've researched about HIPAA compliance, they are not optional, they are required.

This company put a collection I do not own on my credit history. I am not Mary. I do not own the house. I do not own the fence. Therefore I am not response for the payment of said fence. They never contacted me at all before putting this on my account. Because I am not the right person at all!

Reference number: 28947 This company (Twyla specifically) called my place of work in order to collect a debt. Absolutely unacceptable. Likely to report this company to the DBPR and BBB.

So sad I am stuck with dealing with this company... And I have to deal with them for a few more payments which they lied about the amount of payments I had to pay from the beginning. That's cool though I'll go along with the scam. Because I'm trying to figure out how I was told I'd only do 6 payments and I call today to verify I am done and they tell me that I have more payments smh yeah okay. I called to ask some simple questions and all I get is attitude. The customer service people ARE HORRIBLE!!! No hello or goodbye no thank you or any care or concern. They sound like answering the phone is annoying just all attitude horrible employees.

Good day, well there are a few different options to collect. Reporting to credit or wage garnishment is usually the only way to get tenants to come to the table. Reporting non payment for rent to credit bureaus can make it very hard to rent.
