THE COMPANY NAME SAYS IT ALL!!!! My daughter has moved multiple times over the last 5 years and we have used the same moving company each time even though we weren't truly satisfied with their performance. This time I did my homework and put together a list of each moving company I contacted, how much they charged and most importantly I checked their reviews. BEST USA MOVERS hands down had the most reasonable rate offering a "flat rate" . Yes, the price was great but more importantly their reviews were OUTSTANDING. The wonderful experience started when I called to book them and I spoke with GEORGE. Let me tell you that you will not find a more delightful and helpful person. George has gone above and beyond for my family with this move and it is appreciated more than I could ever express. George sent a crew of five men to move my daughter out of her one bedroom apartment in Windermere, FL and move her to Lake Nona (2nd floor with an elevator). The entire time, including travel, took only 3 hours. These men were so professional, they shrink wrapped all the furniture and used movers quilts on them, they knew what they were doing and worked together so well. They were friendly and really did a wonderful job. Yes, 5 men might sound like a lot of people for a move for a one bedroom apartment, but it was in a building that was a 2nd floor walk up in 94 degree heat. We made sure we had plenty of water for them and I made chocolate chip cookies and provided bagels and cream cheese for the crew. They were so appreciative and we were happy to do it. They truly earned every penny of their tip money. Let me tell you a little something about George. He cares. He goes out of his way to help you. He is wonderful and I hope that the Company truly knows how valuable he is to them. We had a missing remote for my daughters adjustable base bed. We left it out on a night table in case they needed it to take the bed apart. That was the last time we saw the remote. We realized we didn't know where the remote was until the move was over when we couldn't find it anywhere. The next day I touched base with George to see if he would ask the crew if they remembered seeing it. We knew it had to be somewhere because this crew was so attentive to every detail of the move and asked questions if they were unsure about something. George spoke with the lead person of the crew and also to the entire crew and the remote was found right where George said it would be. We were so blessed to have found this company and to have had George handling the details of our move.
