This review is for the ER team at Kaiser Antioch. My mom was sent to the ER yesterday complaining of a headache and GI pain. She said it took a long time before they could even have her checked by a doctor. The medical team gets her lab work done and she had to wait from 9 am to 6 pm to even get roomed. During those hours not even one nurse or doctor checked up on her to ask if she was okay or if she needed anything. Another thing was that my mom was a fall risk patient and instead of assisting her to the bathrooms, the ER nurses were talking about weekend plans and making tiktoks. Talk about unprofessional lol. My mom also mentioned how most of the doctors lacked compassion and were condescending until they found out she’s a nurse. Then they started to listen to her concerns. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard negative things about this Kaiser’s Emergency Department and things need to change soon. I understand everyone is overwhelmed due to the pandemic and staffing but it’s not reasons to treat your patients without compassion.

I have CRP S and I've left the hallway for over an hour the doctor Kathryn ann said she was a not going to give my medicine ask if I wanted Time at all for crps and the nurses made fun of me .wow it was one of the worst Kiser visits ever to date .I wish I had real care .i would never offer a A patient that has crps Time and all

No stars at all for them -10 rating. Worse hospital I've ever gone too. No bed side manners. when asking for help when they left me in the hallway , no one helped me. They just looked at me like i was bugging them. So many bad memories i cant even list it. Not just the nursing staff but also, the so call security. The large lady at the front was rude, mean and unhelpful!

This spot is good to be handled.

Sorry Céline I just saw your question. The Emergency at Antioch does not provide a Dentist. We would provide you with a doctor who would examine you to verify if your dental issue is in need of antibiotics for a infection, need pain meds or both.
You can go to any emergency room ... Peferably the closest one... They'll probably send you to sutter
