I really enjoy going to these classes. The coaches are motivating and helpful. I like that they show you how to do the exercises correctly and assist you with alternative exercises if you have limitations.

I’ve been a member of OTF since October 2019. I’ve learned so much and gotten so much stronger. My endurance and pace have increased and allowed me to continue to achieve goal after goal. We’re always encouraged and supported to do better. It’s a great community of members and coaches.

I don’t understand what the owner/ front desk staff don’t understand about “stop texting me please”. First it’s massively unprofessional to keep my number for the sake of texting me every few weeks to beg me to come back. I canceled because of a sciatic injury I sustained outside of OTF and a doctor warned me that the intensity could cause issues so I switched to a specific trainer who can work with my specific issues and needs. I have received 3 texts from this place! I reply back every time to please take me off the list. Just sent the text today a picture of me asking last time. It’s harassment and despite OTF not refunding 3 months of classes I couldn’t use (didn’t think to cancel when I was in so much pain I couldn’t sit down for 3 months), I felt i was leaving a place I could recommend in the future. I tell people all the time OTF works but this practice of harassing my phone is just a low level way of trying to regain past customers. Since this is the case, I’m here to let people know that if you don’t use your OTF class for a month within the last 4 months you can dispute the charge on your card. If you haven’t been to a class they can’t hold your money. I got my 3 months back. Poor business mentality behind the team here in terms of retention and common sense marketing strategy. Coaches are great but owner is clueless at some level.

I’m pregnant. Can I still do the workout?

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!

Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.

Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.

Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.
